Subject verb agreement
simply means the subject and verb must agree in number. This means both need to
be singular or both need to be plural.

Plural Indefinite Pronouns

- Some sugar is required for taste. (sugar is uncountable so singular verb used)
- Most of the cookies were eaten. (cookies are countable so plural verb used)
